While working as an in-house Graphic Designer with Lafferty Studio Charlotte designed the marketing brochure for Dublin Central. This involved working with existing branding guidelines to produce a glossy high end property brochure. The project bible followed which contained all more detailed and technical information from letting agents to floorplans.
